Houston, Texas – GB Tech, Inc. announced today a contract award from the Department of Defense for PBX service work at Office of Inspector General locations (DODIG). This work will consist of system Moves, Adds, and Changes and PBX service work for 51 field office locations. These systems consist of Nortel Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems with integrated voicemail located throughout the continental United States. GB Tech was notified of the win by the DODIG the evening of Sept. 30, 2008.
GB Tech will support this activity through the National Project Management (NPM) division within the Enterprise Business Unit and will be supplemented by other divisions of the company, as needed. This capability compliments the other IT, engineering, and service related offerings that GB Tech provides for its customers in aerospace, government, and commercial markets.
