GB Tech, Inc. adheres to the warranty and return policies outlined in the Standard Contract Terms of and Conditions for the Depart of Information Resources (DIR) Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC).

The GB Tech, Inc. contract may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.
